L'Outfit de Chicago ou simplement The Outfit , aussi appel famille de Chicago (en anglais : Chicago Crime Family) et The Organization (en franais : L'Organisation ), est la famille du crime organis de la ville de Chicago, dans l'tat de l'Illinois, aux tats-Unis depuis 1910 [2].
